The Ukrainian Constitution

I read through the Ukranian Constitution, and I can say that it is a product of just-minded and thoughtful people, with their own conception of individual freedom and a righteous love for that.

You can find it here: https://www.legislationline.org/countries/country/52/Ukraine/show

I also did a quick skim of the Russian constitution and found that Putin is personally or by government action in violation of at least Articles 3,13, and 29 of that document. “The freedom of mass communication shall be gauranteed. Censorship is banned.” “No ideology may be established as state or obligatory one.” “No one may usurp power in the Russian Federation.” I don’t see any logical way to claim that Putin is in any way compliant with these constitutional requirements.
