
More pumpkin based muffins.
Ingredients:
-3 eggs
-15 oz can of pumpkin puree
-1/2c vegetable oil
-2 tsp ground ginger
-1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
-1/2 tsp ground cloves
-1/2 tsp ground allspice
-1/2 tsp salt
-2c granulated white sugar
-1 tsp baking soda
-3c white flour
-20 oz bag of dark chocolate chips
Directions:
Preheast oven to 350 degrees.
Add all ingredients to a large mixing bowl except for the chocolate chips and blend together until smooth. Fold in chocolate chips. Pour the mixture into paper lined or silicone muffin pans.
Bake for 50 minutes at 350 degrees.
